The Law Office of M. Brooks Moss, PA practices in Family Court, which deals with issues such as Adoption, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Visitation and name changes. M. Brooks Moss is a native of Gaffney, South Carolina, and has been practicing law since 2000. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000 with a Juris Doctorate and the College of Charleston in 1996, with a Bachelor of Arts. M. Brooks Moss is married to David Shytles and is the mother two sons. She is the daughter of Dr. Randall Moss and Donna Anderson Moss, granddaughter of Viola Moss & the late Alfred Moss and Miriam Anderson & the late JE Anderson.

In addition to practicing law, M. Brooks Moss has faithfully given of her time to serve the interests of Cherokee County. She has previously and continues to serve on numerous committees and boards relating to issues of domestic violence, child abuse prevention, education, special needs individuals and business development in Cherokee County. She is currently serving as a board member for The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, as Past President, the South Carolina Peach Festival, and The Cherokee Indicators Project Advisory Board.
